Guest Rules Acknowledgement

I understand and agree that:

• I must follow all property rules provided at booking, check‑in, in the cabin, in the welcome book, or displayed on the property.
• I must not exceed the approved number of guests without management approval.
• No pets are permitted unless approved in writing before arrival.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside cabins, rooms, buildings or other prohibited areas.
• I am responsible for my own belongings and vehicle.
• I must leave the cabin and property in a reasonable condition.
• I may be charged for damage, extra cleaning, lost keys, unpaid charges, unauthorised guests, unauthorised pets, smoking in prohibited areas, or breach of property rules.
• Any additional charge should be based on reasonable costs and may be supported by photos, staff records, supplier invoices, repair quotes or reasonable labour/material costs.
• If the booking was made by a company, the company may also be responsible for charges arising from the stay.

Privacy Notice

Herald Lace Pty Ltd t/a Ti Tree Food Barn collects personal information such as names, contact details, signatures, booking details, vehicle registrations and payment references to manage bookings, provide accommodation, issue invoices, process payments, maintain safety and security, deal with damage or disputes, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, insurance and business record requirements.

Relevant information may be provided to payment providers, accountants, insurers, legal advisers, debt recovery providers, law enforcement, government authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary or legally required.
